Stampo is a virtual travel passport app. It lets you record countries you have visited, collect stamps, add notes, and export your passport and map as images. Features may change over time as the service evolves.

We may change, improve, limit, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. No account required

Stampo works without an account. Your travel records and profile details are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for using the service in a way that complies with applicable law.

4. Your travel records

Stampo is a personal record-keeping tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of the travel data, dates, and notes you enter. We do not verify whether visits actually occurred.

The content you create stays on your device, and you retain rights to it.

5. Exported images

The app lets you export your passport pages and map progress as images. You may share these freely. Stamp designs included in exports are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• reverse engineer or misuse the app beyond rights allowed by law

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or harming the service or other users.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
